Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Eduly. They are short on purpose, and there is nothing hiding in them. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp at +60 12-521 0603.

Who we are

Eduly (eduly.my) is the education product of Dialify Technologies (SSM registration 202503197904), a Malaysian business.

Your account

  • One account per student, for your own personal use.
  • Do not share your login. You can use Eduly on up to 3 devices, and that limit is enforced.
  • If a whole class shares one account, we lock the account.

The watermark on every video

Every video you stream carries a faint watermark showing the phone number on your account. It is there to stop piracy. If a video leaks, the watermark tells us exactly which account it came from.

What you must not do

Do not download, screen-record, re-upload, or redistribute our videos. Because every stream is watermarked, leaks are traceable. An account that leaks videos is permanently banned, without a refund.

When we lock accounts

We may lock an account for abuse, such as sharing or leaking. If we do, we will tell you the reason, and you can message us on WhatsApp if you think we got it wrong.

Subscriptions and prices

  • Your subscription runs to its end date, and your access ends when the subscription ends.
  • Right now, payment is arranged by bank transfer or over WhatsApp, and we activate your account manually. Online payment is coming.
  • Prices can change, but never in the middle of a subscription you have already paid for.

Refunds

Refunds have their own short page: Refund Policy. The heart of it: 7 days, no questions asked, on your first purchase.

If you are under 18

Most of our students are. If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you signing up and knows about any payment.

The service, honestly

We provide Eduly as-is. When something breaks, we fix it fast, but we cannot promise zero downtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
