Privacy Policy

Eduly (eduly.my) is the education product of Dialify Technologies (SSM registration 202503197904), a Malaysian business. If anything on this page is unclear, message us on WhatsApp at +60 12-521 0603. That is our only support channel right now.

When you sign up, we ask for:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• a password (stored scrambled, so nobody at Eduly can ever read it)

While you use Eduly, we also keep track of:

• which videos you open, so Continue Watching and your progress work
• which devices you sign in on, so we can enforce the 3-device limit
• a rough location estimated from your internet address when you play a video, used only to spot account sharing; it never leaves our server
• any problem reports you send us

That is the full list. We do not collect anything else.

This gets its own section, because we use your phone number in a way most sites do not.

• Part of it appears faintly on the videos you watch, with some digits masked, never the full number. This is an anti-piracy watermark tied to your account. If one of our videos shows up somewhere it should not, the watermark tells us which account it came from.
• We use it to help you over WhatsApp, which is how support works today.

We do not use your number for marketing calls, and we never give it to anyone else.

Right now, accounts are activated manually after a bank transfer or a WhatsApp arrangement. Online payment (through HitPay) is coming. Either way, we never see or store your full card number. The payment provider handles that part.

Our server is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Email verification codes are sent through Amazon's email service, which runs in Singapore.

• We never sell your personal data.
• We do not use advertising trackers.
• The only cookie we use is the session cookie that keeps you signed in.

We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. You can:

• ask us what data we hold about you (access)
• ask us to fix something that is wrong (correction)
• withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your account (deletion)

For any of these, message us on WhatsApp at +60 12-521 0603. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it along with your personal data. The only thing we keep is payment records, because accounting rules require us to keep those.

Most Eduly students are. If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you signing up and knows about any payment.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is a big one, we will let you know directly.
